1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between ha99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the ha99 online betting and casino platform available at ha99.io and any associated mobile-optimised versions thereof.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of ha99 services, you must register a personal account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one ha99 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where ha99 identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts beyond the first may be permanently closed. Any bonuses, winnings, or pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts may be voided at ha99's sole discretion.

3.3 Account Security

ha99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process and may require you to submit identity verification documents — including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification — before processing withdrawals or lifting deposit limits. ha99 may also request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot confirming bKash or Nagad account registered in your name).

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ha99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. ha99 does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in names other than the account holder's name.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms which specify the eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, maximum bet restriction while bonus is active, and the bonus validity period.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must complete the stated wagering rollover before becoming eligible for withdrawal. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on ha99 are final once confirmed. ha99 will confirm each bet with a unique bet reference number. You are responsible for verifying that all details of your bet — including selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming. ha99 does not accept requests to void or amend bets after placement except where an obvious error has occurred on ha99's part.

6.2 Palpable Errors

Where ha99 publishes an obviously incorrect price, line, or total due to a technical error or human error ("palpable error"), ha99 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price. ha99 will notify affected players and refund stakes in full where bets are voided under this provision.

6.3 Match and Event Cancellation

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined, bets will be void and stakes returned unless the specific sport rules stated in the ha99 sportsbook indicate otherwise. In-play bets on events that have been suspended due to technical issues will be settled based on the available official data at the time of suspension.

6.4 Maximum Winnings
